Biography

Rawlinson A. Isaac is a prominent figure in Saint Kitts and Nevis, known for his contributions to the financial sector and his involvement in community development. With a distinguished career spanning four decades, Isaac has held key leadership roles in banking, business, and public service.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of the Virgin Islands. He also holds several professional qualifications including Fellow of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (FLIBF), Fellow of the Institute of Public Accounting (FIPA) and Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accounting (FIFA).
Under his watch as General Manager of the Bank of Nevis Ltd., between 1990 to 2006, the institution’s assets grew 32-fold.
Isaac has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures. He launched the Sea Bridge (SKN) Inc., a ferry service that connects the islands. He was integrally involved in the geothermal exploration on the island of Nevis as a Director of the West indies Power Ltd. He has also been actively involved in community development initiatives, advocating for the growth and prosperity of the federation.
Isaac is a founder and director of Bedrock Exploration Development Technologies (BEAD) Nevis Ltd. which employs advanced geophysical techniques to identify and access ground water deposits. Through BEAD, Isaac is committed to sustainable development practices which ensure that the exploration and development activities that are undertaken minimise environmental impact and maximise the development potentials for Saint Kitts and Nevis.
On Friday, May 10, 2024, with the assistance of Isaac and BEAD, the residents of Cayon, signalled the return of 24-hour water service to the community following the official commissioning and handing over of a well at Cabbage Tree which produces over 400,000 gallons of water daily. Isaac is committed to water security for Saint Kitts and Nevis.
