Calvin O. St. Juste was the Chief Operating Officer & Head of Global Strategy at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Financial Wellness sector from 2018-2022. Morgan Stanley is the #1 ranked wealth management firm in the world with US$1.6 trillion assets under management. He was recruited to build out and oversee their Financial Wellness division supporting companies’ CEOs and their
employees with financial solutions and services – including fortune 100 companies like Chervon, Humana, Visa and many other major
global brands.

He also held executive roles at JP Morgan in their Investment Banking and Private Banking divisions as Vice President with responsibilities for their North America Equities Operations and built out teams responsible for servicing high-net worth international clients with a personal net worth in excess of US$100 million. In early 2022 he was appointed as the Global Audit Head of Technology at T. Rowe Price, the #3 Top Asset Management firm in the world, where he leads their corporate technology audits, drives the data analytics program, and has responsibilities including providing strategic insights, assurance and independent assessment to the Board on the firm’s global technology division which has a spending budget over US$1 billion.

Calvin has over 25 years of experience across several industries including financial services, telecommunications, and telemedicine. Prior to Morgan Stanley and T. Rowe Price, he was the Executive Director at Comcast NBC Universal, where he led one of the nation’s largest digital social media operations.  Additionally, he also led the nation’s largest Telemedicine operations at SOC Telemed which is a leading North American provider of acute telemedicine technology and solutions to hospitals virtually offering patient care, through teleNeurology, telePsychiatry, teleCritical Care, teleCardiology and teleInfectious Disease.

Furthermore, Calvin is a lean six sigma practitioner and a sought after strategist in the field of process improvement, financial thought leadership, and advisory insights. He is currently a Board Advisor for the Stevens Institute of Technology Business School where he advises on global risks, strategy execution and data-driven transformation. He has recently been appointed as Associate Board member to the Patriot Federal Credit Union board of directors to support the board and CEO with sound financial leadership, strategic insights and board transformation.

Calvin earned a bachelor’s degree from Goldey-Beacom College in 2002, a Masters of Science in Global Innovation Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2007, and an Executive Management Certificate from Wharton Business School in 2009. He is Six Sigma Black Belt-certified and has won many international business awards throughout his career. He is a featured speaker at a number of global events.
